Sponsored by the Work Succeeding Initiative, these surveys were developed to gain insight into opportunities to promote flexible approaches to work while enabling teams to support MIT’s mission.
The first survey was open from April 26, 2021 through May 5, 2021. MIT administrative and support staff from across campus were invited to respond, including individuals from central and academic administration, medical, and sponsored research areas.
The second survey was open from May 26, 2021 through June 7, 2021. MIT faculty, research staff, instructional staff, postdoctoral scholars, and off-site staff were invited to respond.
